‘Win A Family Holiday to Disneyland Resort in California with Kit’ is a competition giving new Kit customers the chance to win an unforgettable family holiday to Disneyland Resort in California for one winner and their three guests, including accommodation for 4 nights, a $10,000 AUD cash allowance for airfares, Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets, $5,000 AUD spending money and more. 

 

The competition runs from 18 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 and is open to any new Kit customer who signs up during the competition period. 

To be eligible: 

  • You must download the latest version of the Kit App. 
  • You must be a new Kit customer who signs up during the competition period. 
  • You must successfully create a Kit account (including adding at least one child profile) and must not close your Kit account before 28 February 2026. 
  • You must consent to enter the competition when signing up to the Kit app. 

Customers who created their account before 18 December 2025 but create their first child account before 28 February 2026 will also be eligible.  

Households who currently hold a Kit account with child profiles created are not eligible for this competition. 

Simply follow these steps: 

  1. Download the latest version of the Kit App from the App Store or Google Play store
  2. Create a Kit account and add at least one child profile.
  3. Select 'I agree' when prompted during sign-up to consent to participate in the Disneyland Resort competition.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be automatically entered into the random draw. Look out for an email confirming your participation in the competition. 

The prize includes – for one winner and their three guests:

Terms and Conditions

Competition introduction 

  1. The competition name is ‘Your Chance To Win A Family Holiday to Disneyland Resort in California with Kit’ (Promotion)
  2. The promoter is CBA New Digital Businesses Pty Ltd ABN 38 633 072 830, trading as Hey Kit (Promoter). CBA New Digital Businesses Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124 (CBA) and has a registered business address of Commonwealth Bank Place South, Level 1, 11 Harbour Street, Sydney NSW 2000.   
  3. The Promotion is authorised under Australian Capital Territory Permit No. TP 25/02846, New South Wales Authority No. TP/04689 and South Australia Licence No. T25/2162.
  4. The Competition commences at 12.00AM (AEDT time) on 18 December 2025 and closes at 11.59PM (AEDT time) on 28 February 2026 (Promotion Period).   

 

Prize details and requirements

 

  1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the prize that will be awarded to the Winner (determined in accordance with clause 18) consists of the following inclusions for one (1) winner and three (3) of their guests (Group):
    1. (Airfares allowance) Cash allowance for the value of $10,000 AUD will be provided for the entire Group. Such cash allowance will be credited by the Promoter via a bank transfer to the Winner’s Boss Linked Account (as defined in clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions). The transferred allowance must be used to book return airfares from the Winner’s selected location to the Los Angeles International Airport in California, United States, with an airline of their choice;
    2. (Ground Transfer) Return ground transfers between Los Angeles International Airport and the selected accommodation for the Group;
    3. (Accommodation) Four (4) nights standard accommodation (quad occupancy) for the Group at a Disneyland Resort hotel or similar hotel in California, selected by Disney in its sole discretion;
    4. (Park Passes) Three Day (3-Day) Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets that allow entry to available Disneyland Parks in the area for each member of the Group;
    5. (Spending Money) $5,000 AUD in spending money credited by the Promoter via a bank transfer to the Winner’s Boss Linked Account; and
    6. (Insurance) Cash allowance will be provided to the value of $400 AUD for the entire Group as a contribution to the cost of travel insurance for the Group. Such allowance will be credited via a bank transfer to the Winner’s Boss Linked Account.

(together, the Prize).

 

The Winner is solely responsible for the use of any cash allowances or funds provided as part of the Prize. The Promoter and the Commonwealth Bank Group are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, any illegal activity (whether intended or not) that occurs in connection with the Winner’s or any guest’s use of any part of the Prize, including but not limited to the cash allowances described in clauses 5(a), 5(e) and 5(f).

The Prize excludes the following items, which to avoid doubt must be covered and managed solely by the Winner:

  • baggage fees;
  • any insurance (health, travel, medical);
  • parking fees;
  • room service, laundry service, and/or spa treatments;
  • food and/or beverages;
  • merchandise and/or souvenirs;
  • incidental expenses;
  • local and/or long-distance telephone calls;
  • tips, gratuities, service charges;
  • federal, state and local taxes; and
  • any other costs and expenses.

 

To enter the Disneyland Resort, each member of the Group is required to have a theme park reservation in addition to a valid ticket for the same park on the same date. The Winner will be responsible for making theme park reservations for the Group for their visit.

 

  1. Elements of the Prize as set out in clauses 5b (Ground Transfer), 5c (Accommodation) and 5d (Park Passes) above (together the ‘US Prize Elements) are supplied by The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 30 054 610 025) (Disney).
    The Promoter is responsible for managing and delivering the Prize, liaising with the Winner (including translation of winner correspondence and travel documents where required) and will be the main point of contact for the Winner. However, the Winner must liaise directly with Disney or its appointed agent in respect of the US Prize Elements.
  1. The total value of the Prize is up to $25,000 AUD and may vary depending on foreign exchange rates.
  2. The Prize (a) must be claimed and the Group travel completed by 31 December 2026, and (b) is based on US Prize Elements availability.
  3. The Prize (including any unused portion) may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
  4. If the Prize, or any element of the Prize, is unavailable or the Winner and/or members of the Group are unable to participate in scheduled activities that are part of the Prize, the Promoter and/or Disney reserves the right, in their discretion, to substitute the Prize, or the relevant element of the Prize, with a prize of equivalent value and/or specification, subject to any legal requirements or directions from a regulatory authority. In such circumstances, a condition of the adjusted Prize may be that the Winner must agree to additional terms and conditions to these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Neither the Promoter nor Disney accept responsibility for the cancellation, delay, unavailability, restriction or condition on or of any element of the Prize for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Disney.

 

Eligibility

 

  1. Entry into the Promotion is open to individuals who at the time of entry:   
    1. Are over the age of 18;  
    2. Are an Australian resident;
    3. Are not persons who are (as determined by the Promoter):
      1. involved (whether as principal, agent or employee) in the conduct or the promotion of the Promotion (including any person who determines the Winner or Reserve Winner); or
      2. involved in the management of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Australian Corporations Act Cth);
    4. Fulfil the additional entry requirements set out in clauses 13 and 14 (Additional Eligibility requirements); and
    5. Agree to these Terms and Conditions.  

              (Eligible Entrants).     

 

Additional Eligibility requirements

 

All Eligible Entrants must also meet the following requirements (in clauses 13 and 14 below).  

  1. Eligible Entrants must enter the Promotion by 11:59PM (AEDT time) on 28 February 2026 and meet the following conditions:
    1. have downloaded the latest version of the Kit iOS App or Kit Android App from the official Apple App or Google Play stores (Kit App);
    2. have successfully created a new Kit product account (Kit Account) through the Kit App, including linking a parent/guardian bank account (Boss Linked Account), and creating at least one child profile during the Promotion Period;  
    3. are a new Kit customer during the Promotion Period who has not previously held a Kit Account. (This promotion is only available to new Kit customers and cannot be applied to an existing Kit Account);      
    4. have reviewed and agree to comply with all eligibility criteria and terms and conditions made available during the Kit App download process and Kit Account opening process. These terms and conditions:
      1. set out details on the Kit Membership Fees amongst other important information; and 
      2. include the Kit Product Terms and Conditions, Product Disclosure Statement and all other terms and conditions available at www.heykit.com.au/legal.   
    5. have confirmed that no other person in your household has opened a new Kit Account presented through this Promotion;
    6. have provided their consent to participate in the competition.
    7. must not close the Eligible Entrant’s Kit Account at any time during the Promotion Period. If the Eligible Entrant closes their Kit Account during the Promotion Period, their participation in the Promotion will be withdrawn and they will no longer be an Eligible Entrant.
  1. As a condition of claiming the Prize, the Winner or Reserve Winner (as the case may be) (Prize Recipient), agrees to:  
    1. Accept these terms;  
    2. Consent to the publication of their name in accordance with these terms (or contact the Promoter if consent is withheld);  
    3. Sign any legal release and indemnity as may be reasonably required by the Promoter and/or any suppliers of any elements of the Prize; and    
    4. Consent to the Promoter sharing the Prize Recipient’s name and email address with Disney and its appointed agent to facilitate bookings for US Prize Elements of the Prize.

 

Determining the Winner 

  1. The random electronic prize draw will take place at 11AM (AEDT) on 6 March 2026 at The Foundry, 1 Locomotive Street, South Eveleigh NSW 2015 (Draw). The first eligible entry drawn, as determined by the Promoter, will be awarded the Prize (Winner).
  2. At the time of the Draw, the Promoter will randomly draw a further 10 additional eligible entries for the Prize to be reserve winners if the Prize is unclaimed or cannot be delivered to or accepted by the Winner (Reserve Winners).
  3. Each Eligible Entrant is only eligible to receive one Prize.

Announcing and notifying the Winners 

 

  1. The Promoter will notify the Winner by email to the Winner’s email address on 6 March 2026. The Promoter will notify the Reserve Winner by email to the Reserve Winner’s email address within one day from the day the Reserve Winner is awarded the prize.
  2. The Promoter will publish the Winner’s first initial, last name and postcode on the Promoter’s website at heykit.com.au/win-magical-holiday by 5pm (AEDT) within two weeks following (a) the Winner’s claim in writing of the Prize to the Promoter following receipt of the email above, and (b) Promoter’s confirmation of the Winner’s claim.
  3. The Winner must give the Promoter three (3) preferred travel departure dates, each in a different month, at least 90 days prior the first preferred date and no later than 30 June 2026. Travel must be completed by 31 December 2026. If any Prize is unclaimed or cannot be delivered or accepted by the Winner (e.g. due to an invalid entry or inability to travel within the required period) by 1pm (AEDT) on 6 April 2026:
    1. the Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter will award the Prize instead to the Reserve Winner; and
    2. the Promoter will notify the Reserve Winner by email within one day of the Prize being awarded to them.
  4. If a Reserve Winner is not contactable within 30 days of the Promoter’s notice to them, the process set out in clause 18 shall be applied again, and so on until the Prize has been successfully claimed, delivered to and accepted by a Reserve Winner.

 

Distributing the Prize

 

  1. Upon notification to the Winner (or Reserve Winner, if applicable) and confirmation of acceptance of the Prize following receiving the email notification described in clause 21 above, the Winner (or Reserve Winner, if applicable) will be contacted by the Promoter, Disney and/or its appointed agent to make arrangements regarding the taking of the Prize and organising the next steps.

 

Resolving disputes

 

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by completing the online complaints for available at https://dzjgo.share.hsforms.com/2ydhRUwspT3uZUzS8YKiNfA.
  2. If there is a dispute concerning the complaint, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

 

General 

 

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Promotion forms part of these terms. 
  2. Any entry not complying with these terms is invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. 
  3. Beneficiaries of the Prize accept the Prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from their Prize. Beneficiaries of the Prize should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser. The Prizes may not be converted into cash. 
  4. Promoter reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Entrant whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 
  5. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine an entry as invalid if the Participant uses inappropriate or discriminatory language within their entry or otherwise acts or is reasonably suspected to act in an inappropriate manner with respect to this Promotion.
  6. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion), the Promoter may, subject to any relevant approval of relevant regulatory authorities, take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion. 
  7. The Prize is valued in Australian dollars.
  8. All Prize amounts in these Terms and Conditions are inclusive of the Australian goods and services tax (GST).
  9. The Winner and all travel companions must be in possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip and any other documentation, required for travel to and entry to the United States of America. All costs and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included in the Prize are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Compliance with any health, passport, visa or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Winner. Failure to comply with the requirements of this clause will deem the Winner’s entry invalid and the Winner will forfeit the Prize.
  10. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, weather, conditions or other issues that may exist as part of the travel or at the destination. The Winner and the Winner's travel companions travel at their own risk.
  11. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. The Group must travel together, at the same time and with the same itinerary. Neither the Promoter nor Disney is responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights, and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, additional accommodation costs and daily expenses) will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  12. Hotel providers chosen by Disney in accordance with the Accommodation element of the Prize require a credit card at the time of check-in for the purpose of incidentals, and the Winner acknowledges that a valid credit card in the name of the Winner or one of the Group must be provided if requested.
  13. At least one traveller, being either the Winner or one of the Winner's travel companion/s, must be over the age of 21 years. Any travellers under the age of 18 must obtain prior written parental or guardian permission to travel and such written permission must be provided to Disney. Any travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences.
  14. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
  15. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the states and territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). 
  16. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, none of the Promoter, Disney, nor any of their related bodies corporate (including their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) are responsible for and liability is excluded for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (that are not wholly under the Promoter’s control);

(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference (by a third party not wholly under the Promoter’s control);

(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(d) any variation in Prize value not within the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(e) any tax liability incurred by a beneficiary of a Prize (including an Entrant and the Prize Recipient); and

(f) use/taking of the Prize (unless wholly under control of the Promoter); and (g) the Promotion (unless wholly under control of the Promoter); .  

  1. All entries become the sole property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use your personal information so that it may contact you about your entry or receiving a Prize. 
  2. The Promoter may communicate personal information to external providers and organisations to the extent such communication is required to outsource certain functions like the storage of data for our organisation. 
  3. The Promoter will use and handle any personal information you may provide as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at  heykit.com.au. The Privacy Policy sets out how you may access, update or correct your personal information, change your direct marketing preferences or make a privacy complaint. 
  4. You may contact the Promoter via support@heykit.com.au.    
  5. The Promoter promotes this trade promotion on its own behalf, and not on behalf of its parent company Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) or its other Related Bodies Corporate (as that term is defined in the Australian Corporation Act). Any entrant’s or Winner’s rights under this trade promotion are enforceable only against Promoter, and Promoter’s obligations are owned only by the Promoter. Notwithstanding any other terms of this trade promotion to the contrary: (i) nothing in this Agreement binds CBA or its other Related Bodies Corporate in contract or otherwise; and (ii) the Promoter is not an agent or otherwise authorised to make representations on behalf of CBA or its other Related Bodies Corporate. 
  6. By reviewing and entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants: (a) fully release and hold Disney harmless from liability associated with this Promotion; and (b) acknowledge that Disney is not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion.
